The best place to start is Chronicle’s Instant Access Help, a searchable system that provides access to training videos, version release notes, and technical bulletins. You can get to it by clicking on the blue question mark in the upper right corner of your Chronicle window.

Live Technical Support Options

If you are experiencing a complete system outage during normal business hours (8 AM – 8 PM EST), please call 866.247.6684 and follow the prompts to reach a live emergency support agent (Option 1, 9, then 1). If no agent is available to take your call, leave a message and the next available agent will contact you.

Emergency Weekend Support is now available on Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM  – 1 PM EST and billed at $150 per hour (minimum $150 charge). To get Emergency Weekend Support please –

1. Click the Buy Now button below
2. Make your payment via PayPal
3. Click on “Return to Chronicle Technologies Inc.”
4. You will then be sent to our webpage with a unique ID number and the phone number to call to reach your technician.

 

We also provide Expedited Support during normal business hours, billed at $50 per hour (minimum $50 charge). This option connects you directly to a live technical support agent who can assist you with your issue. To get expidited support:
