Chronicle Recommends NOT taking QuickBooks 2011 R8 Update

Attention All Bridge Customers!

If you are using QuickBooks 2011 Enterprise DO NOT take the R8 update. This may break your bridge with Chronicle and cause additional issues with QuickBooks. Please take note of the following links:

When attempting to update to R8 you will see this warning:

If you have taken the R8 update and are experiencing problems with QuickBooks, please review these possible resolutions provided by Intuit:

If you have taken the R8 update and are experiencing problems with the QuickBooks Chronicle Bridge please contact out support department and let them know. We are already working directly with Intuit to resolve any bridging issues created by the R8 update.
