Steven Manchester

President and Founder

Mr. Manchester has held several executive positions in the restoration and construction industry. He bought the ServiceMaster Disaster Restoration and Construction business franchise in Rancho Cucamonga in 1987. Under his ownership and management the business has grown to over $5 million in revenue. In 1992 he began developing an enterprise management system for his own business and soon recognized that many other small businesses had similar needs for which no solution existed. He has years of direct hands-on experience managing a small business that has given him a clear insight into the needs of small businesses as such may be supported through applied technology. He has a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Riverside.


Greg Stolrow

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Stolrow is a CPA with ten years of public accounting experience with the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). While at Price Waterhouse, Greg also earned his MBA in finance from the University of Chicago. After leaving Price Waterhouse in 1994 he gained extensive finance and operations experience as the Executive Vice President and CFO of Computers For Tracts (CFT), the nation's leading sales and customer relationship management software application for homebuilders. Following the sale of CFT to Homestore.com in January 2001, Greg has spent his time assisting a variety of companies, most of which are focused on the development of vertical customer relationship management and sales force automation software applications.


Daniel Manchester

Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Manchester has served as a Network Administrator for Novell and Windows NT systems. He has an in-depth understanding of systems software and the integration of multiple. He is a Journeyman Delphi, COM and SQL developer. He has been the primary developer of the Chronicle software and database under the guidance of Founder, Steven Manchester. In this role he has also provided the primary support for the current Chronicle users in solving their problems and incorporating their suggestions into the software where appropriate. He attended Johnson State College in Vermont and Colorado College in Colorado Springs.


Todd Manchester

Technical Services Manager

Mr. Manchester has experience in a variety of fields and has considerable experience in Delphi and networking with all Microsoft products. Well versed in IIS 4.0 and 5.0, Todd has a very strong hardware background. His technical and analytical skills were developed through his previous career in the commercial airline industry as a maintenance technician and a systems and avionics analyst/coordinator. He also is a veteran of the United States Army.


Bob Roberts

Controller

Mr. Roberts has held financial positions for the past 20 years. He has been an Auditor for Bank of America, a School Administrator, and CFO for CMS Management Group. At CMS he managed over 125 people during a five year period when the company revenues grew from $2.5 to $8 million. He is experienced in all aspects of accounting, budgeting, tax preparation and financial planning. He has participated in local community activities, including serving as a Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary International. He has a degree in Business Administration from Liberty University and a Masters Degree from Citadel Christian University.


John Matthews

Customer Service and Product Implementation Manager

Mr. Matthews is an experienced Computer Network Manager, Sales/Marketing Manager and has experience in both small business/franchise and corporate business environments. Mr. Matthews was awarded a B.A. in Business Administration / Marketing from Pt. Loma Nazarene University in 1996.
